CANCELLATION POLICY
**24 hours is the minimum requirement to cancel your appointment. If this is not provided, you will be charged a $50.00 fee which is to be paid immediately. If you are 15 minutes late, this is considered a no show. Reoccurring late and no shows will be required to pay a deposit of half of their treatment cost.**
